Regular preventative maintenance schedules of equipment are essential for the safety of both staff and residents. They also assist in minimising preventable equipment failure, and to meet accreditation standards. As a rule lifting and standing machines should be serviced every six months, with a load test carried out annually, in accordance with our Hoist service schedule C. TRAC also offer annual electric bed servicing. No matter how big or small your organisation is we can offer schedules to maximise the uptime and availability of equipment and reduce the impact to staff and residents/patients.
TRAC Service provides all customers with a comprehensive maintenance log after completion of regular servicing. Our comprehensive maintenance log enables a record of the condition of the equipment to be kept. This in turn allows any developing trends to be identified. Full details of every piece of equipment are recorded including its serial number, manufacture date and asset number.
